Major in accelerator and RF power since 1988, participated in the BEPC construction, operation as well as the BEPCII project construction. 1996~2013, head of the microwave power sources; 2010 till now, deputy director of the accelerator center at IHEP, take full responsibility for the BEPCII injector linac. Group leader of the microwave power source system and the electron gun system, responsible for the completion of the microwave power source system, the overall system design and installation of the positron source and electron gun system. 2006 till now, responsible for the CAS knowledge-innovation projects “research and development of the microwave power source”. Peer reviewer of periodical journals such as Chinese Physics C, Nuclear Technologies and so on. A number of papers have been published on a variety of academic journals and conferences.
